Data Processing Policy

This document complements the Privacy Policy and supports App Store Connect / GDPR transparency.

2. Legal bases
- Contract / providing functionality — local settings and keep-awake;
- Legitimate interest — user support when you contact us;
- Consent — only if you voluntarily send data in a support email.
3. Categories of data
3.1 On device
- UI and keep-awake preferences;
- timer state and selected hotkey.
3.2 Not collected centrally by the App
- location;
- contacts, photos, microphone, camera;
- browsing history;
- financial data;
- advertising identifiers.
4. Purpose and minimization
Only data needed for stated features is processed. No profiling or automated decisions affecting user rights.
5. Retention
- local settings — until the App is removed / settings reset;
- support correspondence — until the request is resolved + a reasonable archive period (up to 24 months).
6. Data subject rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction — by removing the App and/or emailing support. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. App Privacy (App Store)
In App Store Connect Privacy, InfiniWake is intended to be listed as Data Not Collected for normal app use (no tracking, no developer-bound telemetry from the device), except voluntary support contact outside the App.
