1. Overview

This Policy explains how InfiniWake (the “App”), developed by Vladimir Yazydzhi, handles data on macOS.

2. Data we process

2.1 Personal data

The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, contacts, or payment details during normal use.

Email is only received if you contact support yourself.

2.2 Local settings

• UI language;
• toggle hotkey;
• auto-off timer;
• menu-bar icon style;
• flags: Caps Lock lamp, show icon, launch at login.

These stay on your Mac (UserDefaults / app preferences) and are not sent to our servers.

2.3 System permissions

• Accessibility — optional, to filter real Caps Lock when LED indicator mode is on;
• Privileged helper (optional) — a narrow `pmset` helper if you install it for closed-lid keep-awake.

2.4 What we do not do

• no cloud analytics and no advertising SDKs;
• no sale or marketing transfer of user data to third parties;
• no keystroke logging beyond the minimum needed for Caps Lock LED / hotkey modes.

3. Purposes

• provide keep-awake and status indication;
• persist user preferences;
• respond to support requests (only if you contact us).

4. Third parties

If distributed via the Mac App Store, Apple handles payments and Apple ID data. We do not receive your card details.

Source and releases are also on GitHub; downloads there are subject to GitHub’s policies.

5. Storage and security

• settings — on the user’s device;
• support emails — in the developer mailbox, only as long as needed (typically up to 24 months).

6. Your rights

You can remove the App and its local settings. For data questions email infiniwake@ponravilos.ru or privacy@ponravilos.ru.

7. Changes

The current version is always on this page. Material updates will change the effective date.
